We are in the final stages of completing the 2026 Roadmap. Integrating all our initiatives has been a complex undertaking, and given the intense schedule of Auto Auctions, we must ensure the roadmap prioritizes action for every available day.I\'m currently working on the Generative AI Leader Certification and expect to complete it in the next few weeks. This program provides a deep dive into AI integration, specifically how work teams can leverage the technology by applying LEAN principles for efficient cultural adoption. I\'m confident that teams who fail to adopt this structured approach to AI integration will quickly find themselves at a significant competitive disadvantage.
