   Led a cross-functional team of 10+ engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a React Native mobile app for a national landscaping company, projected to save $4M–$5M annually and enable real time crew and route management, improve branch location planning.• Delivered iOS/Android apps for 1.6M users. Annual cost savings by fulfilling a key ”Epic Honor Roll” requirement (anticipated savings of $700K in year 1). Saved an estimated $500K–$1.5M annually due to the retirement of a legacy system.
