ABOUT PATRICK MAXWELL

An opportunity to help others achieve their goals through preconstruction is right up my alley. When I was a child, I wanted to be an architect or a builder because my father worked in construction and politics. He was always there to help people, so I knew I wanted to be in the field. I worked in a variety of construction jobs after high school and during college and acquired my BS in Construction Management. I\'ve only worked for two companies in my commercial specialty contracting career. I believe being loyal to a group or corporation may help you advance professionally, develop new skills, and feel like you\'re part of something bigger. Commercial specialty contracting is a lot of fun, and I\'ve had a lot of different roles over the years, from entry level to executive level. This has kept me striving for excellence and bringing my strengths to the table in order to win as a team. People collaborate to achieve a common goal during the preconstruction phase of construction. I enjoy building connections and collaborating with people to ensure a successful deal. I assist customers and business owners in making the best decisions possible. It\'s my goal to build a long-term relationship with a customer so that we both benefit from the relationship and are seen as business partners by each other. Our customers\' trust and confidence, combined with safety, quality, timeliness, and demonstrating expertise, are the keys to success in relationship buying and selling. Both parties want to make money from the partnership and help and support customers who come back over and over again. I go out of my way to assist others so that we can all work together. This is no matter what. The first leadership training program I took helped me focus on what I like to do and what I\'m good at in building relationships, which is communicate effectively with others, put yourself in their shoes, genuinely connect with people, and understand what people need to be successful, and then use that information to achieve victory. In this example, I\'d like to think I\'m a \"chip off the old block.\"
