I report directly to our crew\'s Associate Manger (AM), and still spend about 50% of my time working as a Digital Artist (DA) in orders. While I don’t formally manage others, this does include serving as a coach, acting as a go-to person for questions and advice, helping the DA leadership team create camaraderie and a positive atmosphere, and helping to ensure the team is on top of its workflow on a moment-to-moment basis. I also take on other leadership duties as needed and opportunities arise, such as spearheading projects or leading crew meetings in the absence of my AM.
