Introduction to College and Careers, a foundational course designed to prepare students for both their academic journey and future professional paths. I am dedicated to helping students develop essential skills such as goal-setting, time management, career exploration, and financial literacy, while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.With a student-centered approach, I guide individuals through self-discovery, helping them identify their strengths and interests to set the stage for long-term success. My goal is to not only equip students with academic tools but to inspire confidence and self-direction as they transition into higher education and beyond- Design and deliver coursework focused on helping students develop essential academic and life skills- Lead students through career planning, academic goal setting, and the exploration of college resources- Provide individual counseling and academic advising to ensure student success- Implement various teaching methods to engage diverse learners, promoting active participation and collaboration- Facilitate workshops and group activities centered around college readiness, career exploration, and personal development.
