I am passionate about creating the right environment for teams to collaborate and grow across clients, services and cultures. Over the last 25 years, I have successfully led and grown teams in the built environment across Europe, offering the full spectrum of real estate services and on a wide variety of assets (commercial, retail, logistics, residential, hotels, data centres, industrial). As a digital translator, I help pan European organisations adapt and develop consultancy skills with the right behaviours. I believe we can truly design our own future through Customer Centricity aligned to a change programme which places a People-First culture at the forefront of an active Eco-System. I believe in partnerships with mutually sustainable goals and value my professional network as one that has helped me grow and enjoy our beautiful industry.
