I have over 20 years of management experience within the hospitality and member service industry, including my current Assistant General Manager position at The Country Club. Progressing through increasingly responsible positions, I built a track record of quantified results, including revenue, profit, and service excellence achievements. Throughout my career, I have earned high marks on performance evaluations, commendations from upper management, and other recognition that included a Manager of the Year in 2013.VALUE OFFERED: I bring to the table a wealth of hospitality industry knowledge and broad skills to each organization and initiative, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, finance and accounting, and major guest-facing areas.
