Volunteer (unpaid) position • Full stack conversion project to upgrade legacy Spring MVC / JSP time tracking system to Spring Boot using REST API’s with a React.js (Hooks) front end. • Database is in MySQL MariaDB. • Implemented logic to generate JSON Web Token from Spring Boot API and consume token from the React front end. • Created all required REST service endpoints and encapsulated business logic in DAO service classes. • Currently in process of implementing various React screens to consume the endpoints.
