About Patrick Jordan

I have more than 25 years experience in the Upper Upscale Full service hospitality industry. During that time, I’ve served as General Manager for 17 years at 6 separate hotels. As a General Manager, my teams have consistently achieved financial success and award winning Guest Service and Quality scores. Additionally, my properties have been awarded the Four Diamond Award for quality and service excellence each of the last 10 years. I have created these results in primary and secondary markets. My hands on, lead by example management style has helped build cohesive teams based on a culture of performance and promotion from within. Throughout my career I have worked to be a community leader, active in both civic and non-profit organizations. Currently I am on the Board of Directors for the following: University of Memphis Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mid-South, State of Tennessee Hotel and Lodging Association, and the Auto Zone Liberty Bowl Game benefitting St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
