I am a highly experienced Quality Assurance professional with almost 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I have a comprehensive understanding of various software applications and development methodologies, including Empower (Black Knight) LOS, Team Foundation Server and Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, JIRA and the Microsoft Office Suite. My expertise includes Waterfall, Agile (Scrum), SAFe and Kanban software development methodologies.Previously, I was the Quality Assurance Director at Cherry Creek Mortgage, where I was responsible for the Quality Assurance of in-house developed releases, automation responsibilities, maturing and developing the QA team, and assisting QA Analysts when needed. Prior to this, I spent almost 10 years at Black Knight, Inc. where I held various roles including Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Test Analyst II. In these roles, I was responsible for manual QA of Empower base releases, Empower automation efforts, performance testing, leading teams, providing estimates, forecasting automation and performance testing work, developing and implementing training sessions, and responsible for hiring and firing for my team.I am skilled in building and leading teams, as well as mentoring and coaching team members. I have a track record of successfully implementing new methodologies and technologies, and have been instrumental in driving the vision for automation and code quality metrics. My ability to adapt to changing priorities, and my ability to lead my team through a full remote work model has been a key to my success.
