Program Management: Oversee the design, installation, and support of wireless communication systems for 500+ buildings aboard Fort Bliss, TX; Fort Hood, TX; Fort Sam Houston, TX, Fort Riley, KS, Fort Huachuca, AZ; FLETC Artesia, NM; Cannon Air Force Base, NM; Lackland Air Force Base, TX, Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX; St Louis Int Airport (STL), Eppley Airfield (OMA), Will Rogers (OKC); and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) servicing 30K+ customers. Maintain continuous alignment of program scopes at the same time meeting company objectives and monitor program activities ensuring effectiveness for company financial profitability. Project Management: Oversee the planning and preparation of installation drawings in accordance with technical specs and customer coverage analysis, establish project budget costs, review and award contractor bid packages, installation planning and scheduling, equipment procurement, and track project spending in compliance with established budget expectations. Logistics Management: Procure, inventory, and store parts supplies and electronics in support of all projects per Build of Materials project planning documentation. Schedule, track, and monitor delivery status of procured equipment and communicate shipment updates to all parties concerned. Office Management & Personnel Administration: Manage employee weekly timesheets and payroll, process and approve business related purchase order expenses, manage annual supply and travel budgets, oversee employee mandated training completion, and perform employee evaluations and counseling.
