ABOUT PATRICK J PASSARELLI
I am an infectious diseases specialist at Dartmouth Health. After spending a year as a Fulbright scholar teaching English to medical students and physicians in Russia, I earned my medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. I completed combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at UC San Diego, then worked as a hospitalist in New York State for a few years before completing ID fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. My interests include pediatric infectious diseases, mycobacterial infections, global health, wound care, sexually transmitted infections, antibiotic resistance and stewardship, and medical education. When I am not working, I love hiking, cooking, traveling, swimming, yoga, reading, and have recently taken up snowboarding.
