I work in multiple projects in the lab:1. Mechanisms of Ictal High Frequency Oscillations Responsibilities-to lead a collaboration between the Epilepsy Lab and a University of Pennsylvania bioengineering lab-to develop novel methods based on in vivo electrophysiology and two photon multicellular calcium imaging to study the mechanisms of HFOs, a biomarker of epilepsy-to develop novel MATLAB-based analyses and theoretical simulations to generate hypotheses with potential translational relevance2.
