With over forty-plus years of executive management and sales experience in the Records Information Management Industry, I have developed a unique set of skills that encompass a complete range of industry-specific activities, including – sales, acquisitions, and in-depth “hands-on” and executive operations management. My senior executive background in the industry includes the start-up of a records management operation as Vice President and General Manager at Lairds Stationery, President and Principal Owner of Total Storage Concepts, Vice President of Integrated Document Solutions at Brambles Limited/Recall, Vice President of National Sales at GRM Information Management, and Executive Vice President, Sales at 2-20 Records Management. I assist clients in gaining a clear understanding of (1) the strength and weaknesses of their current internal records management operations, systems, and controls;(2) the financial pitfalls and irregularities that may be contained in their vendor contracts; and (3) the appropriate steps to make a successful acquisition.
