I have overseen global program portfolios approaching $1B in annual delivery scale, managing millions of hours of development and deployment across engineering, product, and operational organizations while maintaining delivery variance within one percent of forecast.In complex enterprises, strategy rarely fails because of vision. It fails when execution systems are misaligned. The work of transformation is establishing operating clarity, leadership alignment, and execution discipline.Today I serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Bally’s Corporation, aligning enterprise transformation initiatives across the company’s global gaming and digital platform so large initiatives translate into operating leverage and durable value creation.Through Kamm Advisory Partners I also work with leadership teams and investors navigating complex operating environments where technology transformation, organizational alignment, and execution discipline determine whether initiatives create value or simply consume capital.My leadership philosophy was shaped during my service as a member of the United States Army Special Forces.
