A function new to the company.Implementation of material management system (Site Sense) and related processes. including integrating of supplier and manufacturers part ans serial number (when applicable) into systems. Providing the means to streamlining the process of shipment releases, receipt, put aways, preservation issuance of material. This effort included containerizing subcomponents to increase efficencies in material receipt and transfer within the warehouse and laydown yards by associating large qtys of components to single container IDs.Serialization of component IDs for greater tracking capability. Implemented the use internal and supplier generated RFID, QR and Barcode labeling by coordinating with supplier and manufacturers domestic and over seas.Issued Shipping Release Notices for shipment to job site and several integrator site across the country.Established naming conventions for barcode and QR code naming of material and equipment shipment splits and ship loose material associated to parent tag numbers (EQ tags or part numbers).
