Independently manage client accounts and ensure successful implementation. Coordinate with new and existing customers to ensure that each customer moves through theonboarding/implementation process efficiently. Work cross-functionally with product and sales teams, to manage the customization of trainingmaterials and technical configurations to meet client needs. Own and drive client projects from conception to completion. Serve as liaison between sales and product teams to scope implementation requirements in thepre-sale process. Collaborate with clients to gather and define technical requirements, preparing detailed scoping andcustomization documentation for product development. Consult with customers to manage and address implementation/onboarding concernsindependently. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on our product and any related technical items. Proactively identify and troubleshoot problems and concerns during the implementation process,working cross-functionally with product, engineering and sales teams. Determine the best implementation methodology within established processes for each client toensure a positive client experience. Independently manage internal reporting/tracking of implementation processes and completedactions.
