Design, develop and modify models for the annual budget of over 1,400 employees across 17 offices for a global law firm with over $800M in yearly revenue. Responsible for quantitative data mining, manipulating, importing and exporting via Excel, SQL, Aderant and OnBudget EO across various software platforms for reconciliation.• Built, structurally designed and implemented new Budget Software for 2024. Tasks included setting up User Security access, creation of Accounts/Office/Dept tables, importing data from previous software, design of versions, reports, reconciliation, training material and training material videos.• Spearheaded a firmwide re-org change, from 14 to 42 Practice Sections. Created algorithm processes to identify and implement these changes structurally in our old and new Budget applications that affected over 1 million revenue/expense line items for past transactions while also setting up for future. • Creates and automates financial, statistical, and operational reports. Analyzes budget impact of implemented programs/projects and provides input for financial projections.• Investigates and analyzes financial transactions in support of programs and projects. Identify and document trends in data. Partner with the business teams to make recommendations based on identified trends from analysis.• Manage domestic month-end close, reconciliation, and intercompany accounting, analyzing B/S and P&L budget variances on a GAAP Reporting Basis.• Demonstrates experience generating daily ad hoc reports as well as regular reports such as Revenue, KPI, Fixed Asset, Aging and Profitability reports.• Leads detailed financial analysis for the CFO and Solutions Leadership through development of financial models on an Ad Hoc basis.• Leads special projects for the CFO and Solutions Leadership on an ad hoc basis.
