Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor performance.**Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.**Budgeting and Cost Control**: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximise profitability.**Compliance and Safety**: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
