Responsible for the trading and revenue performance of US Repo on BrokerTec - Accountable for the strategic and tactical direction of the product - Act as the primary relationship manager with customers, regulators and internal stakeholders - Manage the day to day operations including pre-market communications, market levels monitoring, trader training/setup, error trade resolution and settlement processes - Enforce policies and protocols for trading - Manage longer term client adoption, participation and settlement- Created new products, new trading modalities and improved the platform with new features - Manage new product development: gather requirements, design, prioritize, interface with programmers and testing.
