About Patrick Grubb

For 15 years, Patrick has worked for Swinerton in a variety of capacities: project and field manager, millwork project manager, carpenter and laborer on a broad range of project types: Hospital Facilities, resorts, condominiums, assisted living facilities, restaurants, museums, active building renovations, laboratories and seismic retrofits. For the past six years, Patrick has held the position of Project Manager for the Swinerton Builders of Sacramento, formally HMH Builders, working in the area of Medical Constuction. Patrick has a broad range of interests. He has lived abroad in Costa Rica for years and regularly travels back to that area of the world He has also lived in many locations within the Western United States, including Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Utah and his home state of California. He also has a Masters in Literature and a love of fishing and golf.Below is a list of some primary projects.
