Under Dr. Wang, we\'re working to expand lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) as a viable strategy for mRNA drug delivery. We aim to rationally design organ-tropic LNPs to enable blood brain barrier transcytosis for brain gene therapies using various affinity ligands. Techniques employed include dynamic light scattering (DLS), fluorescence spectroscopy, biolayer interferometry (BLI), and Western blotting.
