ABOUT PATRICK GROSE

Patrick is a skilled international Civil and Geotechnical Area / Project Manager with over 16 years’ experience. He always demonstrates a professional approach and works tirelessly to deliver the project\'s goals. He is a highly motivated individual who is committed to delivering the highest quality service in challenging environments. Starting his career as a Survey Engineer, Patrick has since gained key skills in Geotechnical, Civil, Nuclear, and Marine scopes utilising his planning, budget control, and delivery management skills.As his career has developed, Patrick has taken overall responsibility for managing and optimising the performance of his teams, including health and safety management of operations and cost control for his allotted budgets. He gained valuable experience at Hinkley Point C in the Deep Dig, including bulk excavation, sprayed concrete lining, ground nailing, blinding, and dewatering where he led a team of 50 staff and 200 operatives on the nightshift. Following a 2-year stint in preconstruction, Patrick relocated to Australia taking pivotal roles in some of Australia\'s biggest construction contracts, including; Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract, Sydney Metro Clyde MSF, and Darwin Ship Lift. Patrick is an experienced manager adept at delivering major multifunctional infrastructure projects across the UK and Australia. His key skills include establishing and managing high performing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, and the development of value engineering/optioneering solutions to support cost and programme
