About Patrick Grenter
As Senior Director for Campaign Strategy, Patrick brings more than 15 years of experience building winning strategic campaigns to address the climate crisis. He has worked on a variety of issues across the climate movement, including developing clean energy, stopping the expansion of fossil fuels, promoting sustainable finance, and organizing mass mobilization events. Patrick supports teams of Campaign Directors, Analysts, and Strategists who are responsible for developing the Sierra Club’s climate strategy through the transformation of our energy systems. Patrick lives with his family in Lancaster, PA, and is an elected member of the Manheim Township School Board of Directors. He is a licensed (inactive) member of the Pennsylvania Bar and started his career by co-founding a small environmental organization in Pittsburgh. Patrick has held a variety of roles at Sierra Club as a regional and national campaign leader and is passionate about confronting environmental injustice and building strategic and highly effective teams.
