    Responsible for delivering agency wide human resource services for an organization of 1,500 employees located throughout the state of Colorado. Specific duties relate to employee relations, training administration, system analysis, performance program administration, and benefits coordination. Serve as the management advisor in matters related to employee relations and provide analysis of potential risk (legal liability, appeals, and grievances) to the agency. I am delegated as the agency expert on employee relations and progressive discipline. Duties also include ongoing needs assessment to determine training priorities for the agency. This includes developing training material; organizing, coordinating, scheduling and administering training activities; evaluating training material and presentations to recommend changes/enhancement; and creating and managing a departmental training advisory group to obtain department-wide input on training activities.Duties related to benefits include serving as a liaison with the Department of Personnel & Administration’s Benefits Unit; coordination of the agency’s open enrollment process annually; administration of the benefits system; advise employees with regard to available benefits; and develop and administer new employee orientations for the agency.
