I’m passionate about driving transformation in procurement – with a clear focus on digital innovation, process standardization, and sustainable data quality. As the leader of an international, cross-cultural team, I’m responsible for the strategic development of our SAP S/4HANA procurement template and its integration into surrounding systems. To me, leadership means granting freedom – within a clearly defined direction. I often compare my leadership philosophy to a highway: everyone is free to choose their lane, but we all move in the same direction.
