My role involves planning, coordinating, monitoring and reviewing work for 15 to 20 accounting staff. I am the primary point of contact for our clients in relation to all matters. I have an active role in marketing and practice development. I am responsible for work scheduling and fee budgeting for the practice and I\'m also responsible for their delivery.
