Fastenal is a wholesale, distribution, and supply chain management company. Led client-facing implementations for contracts worth up to $5M/yr. Managed multiple scalable projects from initiation to closeout. Developed project charters, timelines/Gantt charts, SOWs, WBS’s, RACI matrixes, risk logs, change logs, and transition plans. Ensured project contract compliance and regulatory compliance. Performed audit of 46 customer sites across U.S. and Canada to determine optimal service plan and subsequent project rollout plan for the client as a whole. Conducted financial analyses (ROA/ROI, margin, and risk-profit) for internal stakeholders in order to determine project viability. Consulted on company-wide AI initiatives. Invited to join department OpEx team to make improvements for 250+ person department. Created and/or re-created department-wide documentation, including developing user guides, SOP, and knowledge base articles.
