Strategic finance and treasury professional with over a decade of experience leading high-growth, high-performance teams. I specialize in building financial operations from the ground up — including FP & A, treasury, and accounting — with a proven ability to scale businesses through transformational milestones like acquisitions and IPOs.Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO at BKV Corporation, I have previously led FP & A, treasury, and financing functions across upstream, midstream, power, and carbon capture businesses. I have deep experience negotiating and managing debt facilities, leading treasury transformations, and executing on Board reporting and public company readiness efforts. I bring a hands-on leadership style, a deep technical accounting foundation, and a focus on operational excellence.
