Leads knowledgeable aggregate, concrete and asphalt quality teams that collaborate with our Sales, Operations and Logistics teams to develop and deliver innovative products that meet changing customer and project requirements. The team has transitioned from testing focused approach to big-picture analytics to provide guidance on raw material sourcing and mix optimization.Customer focused approach has instilled a trusting and collaborative relationship between Central and the industry-at-large. Works closely with vendors to make sure new technologies (Carbon Cure, Verifi ITM, Maturity, Fibers, more) are vetted, negotiated, implemented and troubleshooted. Each new technology can bring tremendous value to our business however each requires consistently reinforced standard operating procedures and training just to bring basic functionality. Collaborates with design community to understand the new specifications and development goals coming to our area to prime our sales team and assist them pricing the concrete competitively.
