ABOUT PATRICK FORRESTER

I am an IT engineer with experience in PC hardware/software support. I have a wide knowledge of supporting Windows 9x, NT, XP, Vista, 7 and 8. In addition, I have an excellent understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Office products (97-2013). I have also had exposure to Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, Skype for Business, Altiris Deployment Solution, Axios Assyst, ServiceNow, SCCM, Becrypt, Safeboot, Microsoft Bitlocker, WinMagic Encryption, X-Kryptor, Norton Ghost, McAfee Endpoint Protection and Symantec Endpoint Protection. I also have experience of setting up and configuring Samsung, iPhones, iPads and Blackberry\'s for corporate use. This involves configuring apps such as GOOD and MobileIron as well as Blackberry Enterprise Server. I am also certified to carry out hardware fixes for both Dell and Lenovo laptops and desktops both fault finding and replacing partsI am a reliable individual, who always carries out tasks to the best of my ability. During my past and present employment, I have had good attendance and punctuality records. I am also flexible, adaptable and willing to take on extra responsibilities and works well under pressure and to strict SLA deadlines, with a resourceful approach. Enjoys working on own initiative or as part of a team, confident with communication skills at all levels. I have previously had SC Security Clearance and would be will to apply for this again for any future roles.
