About Patrick Fontenot
Decades of my professional career has been spent in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries, providing sales and services ( field, lab safety, metrics & technical training) in support of process management, specialty chemicals, asset protection, improved throughput, additives (meet fuel specs, fuel quality & performance), oil and water process improvements through use of; Proprietary computer program (data) management, PI systems, DCS interface, reporting, quarterly/annual business reviews, process flow diagrams, P & IDs, corrosion monitoring, safety (industrial hygiene, ergonomics, house keeping, lab, chemicals, site safety manager, JSA, safe work permit qualified, process safety mgmt. and confined space planning / management. RCA/RCI, regression analysis), logistics, additives, management of operations and support services (cargo treatments), lab management (safety, testing, product screening, training, bench mark testing in line with API & ASTM standards, reporting, KPI, shipping etc.) are just a few of the skills I\'ve developed during (some before) my post college career. While working my way through college I held several positions in (service & management) food & beverage, hospitality industries, while also working in construction (industrial, commercial residential). Some of my responsibilities were promotions, bar/restaurant manager, site safety lead, lead carpenter, civil carpenter, foreman, safety liaison, warehouse manager, procurement manager, boiler maker, iron worker, rigger and light duty equipment operator. In summary my experience, outside of my professional career, has left me with a broad knowledge of business demands requiring self discipline, working with teams across different work functions towards a common goal or deadline. Building relationships, a passion for success and determination to see projects to completion are my most valued skills. I\'m always looking for opportunities add to my tool bag of experience while sharing my capabilities. I relish and welcome new challenges.
