Senior Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Director of Operations and Design & Construction for PNC Realty Services. Manages a team comprised of ±200 highly real estate professionals located throughout the PNC global footprint. The team has direct responsibility for the day-to-day needs of the PNC Bank corporate real estate portfolio, all construction related activities, conference centers as well as corporate facility life safety programs. The global portfolio consists of 300 office building locations (12.6 million sf.), and 2,395 retail locations (11.6 million sf.). Team has responsibility for managing approximately $420 million of annual direct expense, over $275 million of annual capital projects, and the team completes over 3,500 projects annually. Team is leading the brick and mortar and development side of the $1.5B PNC Retail Expansion across a dozen growth markets.Leads the PNC Realty Services Guest Services Team, which is comprised of 15 professionals, responsible for the conference centers and the executive reception CONNECT program within the PNC corporate campus, Houston, Dallas and Philadelphia.Member of the PNC Immediate Response Council (IRC), PNC Business Continuity Steering Committee, and PNC Enterprise Accessibility Operations Committee.
