   As the leader of IBM’s Global Adversary Simulation team, I oversee the design and execution of advanced, intelligence-driven red team operations that emulate real-world threat actors to strengthen enterprise security posture across global clients.I direct multidisciplinary teams of offensive security professionals, intelligence analysts, and engineers in delivering complex engagements that test detection, response, and resilience at scale. My responsibilities span from developing adversary emulation frameworks and campaign-level simulations to aligning offensive operations with MITRE ATT & CK and emerging threat landscapes.Key areas of focus include: • Strategic Threat Emulation: Designing realistic threat campaigns that mirror nation-state and criminal tradecraft across cyber, physical, and hybrid domains. • Operational Leadership: Managing global red team operations, resourcing, and methodology standardization to ensure consistency, innovation, and measurable outcomes. • Threat Intelligence Integration: Leveraging IBM’s threat intel capabilities to drive precision in adversary simulation design and post-operation reporting. • Executive Advisory: Partnering with CISOs and security leaders to translate red team insights into actionable defense strategies and capability improvements. • Capability Development: Advancing IBM’s adversary simulation frameworks, tools, and training to remain at the forefront of offensive security tradecraft.Ultimately, my mission is to ensure IBM and its clients can anticipate, withstand, and outmaneuver advanced threats through realistic, data-informed simulation and continuous improvement.
