ABOUT PATRICK EINSMANN
I currently specialise in AFC Compliance with over 17 years’ experience in designing and delivering best-practice banking AFC frameworks, compliance, investigations, fraud prevention and remediation operations. This includes experience in both the public and private sector: as Detective in the Economic Crime Division for the City of London Police; as Senior Global Compliance Consultant with Guidehouse, and responsibility for scaling, building and leading Anti Financial Crime Ops at Trade Republic. These roles enabled me to develop a full working knowledge of key compliance, fraud and crime prevention legislation. I have led multiple, highly complex investigations and projects into fraud and financial crime covering either first or second line. This includes acting as Lead Investigator for high-profile Police cases gaining national attention in the media.
