Ensures that facility needs of multiple resident 401C3, retreat, assisted and retirement living are met.\\\\n• To solve reoccurring equipment failure issues caused by inadequate power supply, I utilized my knowledge of building systems forensics. By implementing a proper electrical upgrade, the building’s equipment can now function efficiently.\\\\n• Designed improved drainage design and successfully supervised the contractor to bring the project in on time and within budget with minimal disruption to occupants of the facility.\\\\n• I also serve on the board of the Eco Justice Center, which is an environmental teaching facility.\\\\n• Successfully managed the conversion of the heating plant of a historic building from oil to gas in March of 2020 just as lockdowns were restricting access to the men power and materials needed for the conversion.\\\\n• Negotiated redesign of the route of a new gas service installation to reduce the cost of its installation by 40%.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
