Project Reconciliation is a First Nations-led initiative to secure majority Indigenous ownership in Canada’s Trans Mountain pipeline. Respecting that the TMX traverses Indigenous traditional lands across Western Canada, we propose an inclusive, majority ownership opportunity in a strategic coalition where all First Nations of Western Canada are invited to participate. Under our model to de-risk the project via a syndicated non-recourse bond issue, First Nations would acquire, without up-front equity investment, a majority TMX interest from the existing owners, the Canadian government. With ownership, Indigenous peoples have a seat at the table as decision-makers, for shared responsibility in project impact, environmental monitoring and protection with the benefits of economic development.

He oversees operational planning, lending a credible voice in regard to the development and construction of the cultivation centres and retail spaces.As a transformational leader who is passionate about career growth and professional development, Pat prides himself on mentoring his employees and providing interactive leadership. He is heavily invested in providing his team with mentorship and development opportunities which seek to nurture and challenge them. Throughout his career, this approach has led to the creation of resilient, intelligent and nimble teams, which has helped drive strong performance and results.Prior to founding Westleaf Cannabis Inc, Pat served in numerous executive and leadership roles such as the Director of Business Development for Ensign Energy Services, the President and CEO of Atlantic Directional Inc. and the Vice President of Operations for NorthStar Drilling Systems.
