I have experience in all phases of the ultra-rare disease product lifecycle from launch phase to growth phase to mature 2023 Amgen Excellence in Collaboration AwardResponsible for sales of Procysbi (cysteamine bitartrate) delayed-release capsules for treatment of an ultra-orphan disease - nephropathic cystinosis (lysosomal storage disorder)- to academic institutions, children\'s hospitals, pediatric nephrologists, adult nephrologists, geneticists, and metabolic disorder specialists. Note: There are approximately 500 nephropathic cystinosis patients in the U.S. and globally making this an extremely rare-disease market and selling environment.
