As Talent Acquisition Partner at StandardAero, I focus on recruiting top talent for our Business Aviation MRO facilities in Augusta, GA, and Houston, TX. These MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) facilities are specialized to support an extensive range of aircraft models, including renowned brands such as Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Gulfstream, Learjet, and Embraer. Our Airframe operations service 22 models of corporate jets, while our Engine Shops performs comprehensive overhauls on TFE731, and CFE 738 turbofan engines, APUs, and performs diagnostics in our state-of-the-art Test Cells. My expertise spans a wide range of Human Capital Management areas, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, HR Technology, and Employee Engagement. I am dedicated to fostering growth and building high-performing teams that drive organizational success. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in the community, serving as President & Fundraising Chair for the Columbia County Exchange Club, Board Member for Clays for Kids, and an active member at Trinity on the Hill GMC.
