As Relationship Manager, I partner closely with managers, leaders and HR to understand your context, align stakeholders and work in collaboration on clear pathways—from discovery through to adoption and embedding.We apply positive psychology to improve recruitment, onboarding, development conversations, performance management and change programmes, while reducing bias and creating more equitable outcomes. Our programmes—including our flagship Management Development Programme—help individuals, teams and organisations to flourish, boosting engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and productivity during times of transformation, uncertainty and external pressures. My role is to ensure the relationship delivers lasting value long after the initial engagement.
