About Patrick Curtin

With over 10 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and strategic HR leader at Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer, separation, and fluid handling. As a Human Resources Business Partner, I support the different areas in the US as well as in Canada, working with managers and employees to drive performance, engagement, and retention. I have a master\'s degree in human resources development from St. John Fisher College, which has helped me bring a unique perspective to the organizations I work with. I have contributed to the growth and success of Alfa Laval by leading and executing various HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, union negotiations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and diversity and inclusion. I am motivated by the mission of Alfa Laval to optimize the performance of its customers\' processes, and I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
