Led project to open satellite DMV offices at 10 locations in the New York City metro area. These locations now process approximately DMV transactions per week and have the capabilities to complete more than 30 different types of DMV transactions. This project is the first time a New York State license or permit has ever been issued outside of a state or county office.• Led planning of COVID-related initiatives, including the re-opening of district offices and a work-from-home plan for essential staff that increased the number of employees that could work from home from less than 10% of the department to more than 90%.• Oversees the County Clerk Liaison office, which is responsible for working with the 51 County Clerks and their staff who operate 100 DMV offices in upstate New York.• Oversees the Legislative Constituent Affairs Office, which responds to constituent-related inquiries from members of the State Legislature and other elected officials. • Led the team that redesigned New York State\'s Buffalo Bills custom license plate. • Wrote and co-produced two 30-second public service announcement videos for the Excelsior Auto Tech Task Force.• Wrote and co-produced four \"Commissioners Corner\" videos that explain important initiatives of the department.
