Bilingual Environment Social and Governance professional with 13 years of real estate experience in existing buildings and new developments across the office, residential, logistics and retail sectors. Experience includes decarbonization projects, on and off-site renewables energy, climate change risk and resiliency analyses, and Green and Healthy building certifications in collaboration with key stakeholders throughout North and America. I’m passionate about the role that building design and operational strategies can play to contributing to healthy and resilient communities. Experience includes work with LEED, BOMA BEST, Zero Carbon Building Standard, WELL and Fitwel certification programs. • Collaboration with Property Management, Asset Management and Third-Party consultants to establish long-term decarbonization plans across multiple asset types. • Development and implementation ESG standards for the design and construction and the operation of office, industrial, residential and retail properties. • Building energy and carbon carbon performance benchmarking leveraging regional energy intensity and grid emissions data. • Collaboration with Investment and Risk Management teams to complete ESG investment analyses during the due diligence process. • Completion of climate change risk assessments during the due diligence process. Studies leveraged private risk assessment software and governmental tools. • Extensive experience with the GRESB survey submission process. • Development of Green Lease for Office, Retail and Logistics tenants in collaboration with Leasing, Legal and Property Management teams. • Preparation and delivery of employee training sessions focused on building certification programs, building decarbonization, and building performance legislation.
