I represent real estate developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers in a broad range of real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of properties, construction and acquisition financing, and commercial leasing matters. I have extensive experience as land use and zoning counsel to many of the largest development projects in Jersey City and Hudson County. I have made dozens of presentations to planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, historic boards, and other governmental bodies. Past approvals include some of the largest multi-family and mixed-use development projects in Jersey City.

Appear before various Hudson County land use boards, with an emphasis on the Jersey City Planning Board, Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA), Historic Preservation Commission, as well as land use boards throughout the state. Serving as corporation counsel for the Town of Guttenberg, overseeing Town\'s legal department and outside counsel for matters including litigation, cannabis licensing, ABC licensing, contracting, public bidding, tax abatements and development agreements, and anything else that comes up.
