My toolkit blends Workday Finance leadership, shared services/GBS, BPO transition, and change management (Prosci) to turn complex requirements into clear, adoptable processes.• Global process ownership (A2R/R2R): Designing and governing project & fixed asset accounting processes across multiple markets; aligning SMEs and stakeholders around standard ways of working. • Accounting operations leadership: Managing teams that deliver P&L accuracy, close discipline, tax/compliance, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations—backed by strong controls. • Workday Finance Enablement: Defining, configuring, testing, and deploying Workday Finance (project accounting, banking/settlement, financial accounting, budgeting, endowment) and building reporting for cash forecasting and liquidity. • Treasury & cash: Cash management and forecasting, deposit/banking services, and reconciliation at enterprise scale. • Shared services & BPO: Business case development, service costing, transition planning, and stakeholder engagement for F&A outsourcing and retained org design. • Change & adoption: Partnering with training/change teams to communicate impacts, upskill users, and drive measurable adoption.
