Work closely with Veteran Health Association to deploy the latest technologies to ensure our nation\'s veteran\'s receive the best care and patient experience available on the planet. Working with both the national councils for initial workflow designs and optimization opportunities, as well as the local and regional revenue cycle leaders to manage operations. This includes leveraging reporting to identify best practice opportunities, making recommendations to the federal client base, and then customizing the plan to meet the needs of the federal patients. Manage the revenue cycle support operations across a planned span of over 150 individual care sites spread across the geographic United States of America to serve a very diverse and unique patient population. Coordinating and participating in the design decisions to bridge the gaps prevalent with unique federal guidelines and protocols contained within the Cerner platform. Providing both business expertise and remediation plans as it relates to KPIs and commercial benchmarks, along with providing end users in the HIM Coding and Business Office Billing arenas. With each care site, deliver team of revenue cycle experts to manage day to day functions that augment services being rendered within the Veteran\'s Health Administration. Examples include managing Lifetime Pharmacy billing activities, updating coordination of benefits, managing outstanding accounts receivable inventories, providing coding support within the billing space, outpatient coding activities for specific service lines, and other duties after launching the new EHR.
