ABOUT PATRICK CLEVELAND
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical director, and founder of Daybreak Counseling Center. At Daybreak, our team of highly skills licensed therapists provide in person services at both of our Brea and Long Beach locations as well video based tele-therapy session for all of California. We psychotherapy, counseling, personal development, and mental health services for adolescents, teens, individuals, couples, and families. I have over 20 years of experience working in the social service and mental health fields with a wide variety of issues, populations, and cultures. I have presented clinical and academic work both locally and internationaly, and have taught psychology and philosophy at various colleges. I currently teach psychology as an adjunct faculty member at Long Beach City College. I enjoy working as a mental health professional because it allows me to have the unique opportunity to equally both learn from other people\'s valuable life experiences while helping them to heal, grow, and thrive.
