For over 20 years, I have been a corporate finance consultant with Fieldfisher LLP, an international law firm with 26 offices worldwide advising both public and private clients, on sport, leisure, media, hospitality, technology, consumer and property matters.In relation to corporate finance, I have advised listed and unlisted companies on all aspects of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations, investment, and AIM flotations.In relation to real estate expertise, I have advised many asset-backed businesses including owners and operators of data centres, student accommodation, serviced offices, serviced apartments, self-storage, care centres, and hotels.As a member of Fieldfisher\'s sports group, I act for clients in the world of motor racing, football, rugby, golf, basketball, cricket and horseracing, advising on the commercial and funding aspects of their business.I am a member of Coombe Hill Golf Club and a long-time supporter of Liverpool FC.
