   Managed an organization of 50+ managers, engineers and technicians to perform functional, electrical and characterization testing across the company\'s NPI roadmap of phone/laptop/server SOCs and systems such as audio, power, haptics, battery management and charging.Interfaced directly with DRIs from our tier 1 customer to define requirements for validation and system level test plans.Defined and developed a bench characterization team to fully validate, test and characterize all specs within the customer facing datasheet. This included full definition of both hardware and software stacks to enable complete automation/regression of test suites.Defined and implemented pre-silicon emulation and simulation testing strategies to find bugs in system level use cases prior to PG.Redefined hardware/software strategies and enabled best practices to streamline and shorten test plan execution cycle time.Interfaced with key cross functional engineering teams including program mngmt, silicon design, firmware, software, production test and quality.Full responsibility for team development and recruiting to meet current and future resource demands.Engaged with the finance org to create and maintain the organization\'s budget and financial responsibilities.
