ABOUT PATRICK BYWATER
Having trained as a chartered accountant with the then Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) and having a successful career as a Finance Manager and Director in industry I turned my attention to investing.In 2008 I founded Frontline investment Opportunities LLP, a bespoke alternative investment fund backed by entrepreneur Stephen Buck from Moda in Pelle( See job profile below). Then in 2011, along with Melanie Hird, we founded Seneca investments, the distressed investment arm (and first fund) of alternative investment fund manager Seneca Partners.In 2016, Seneca Partners has moved on to more diverse investments, and I decided to work in business rather than invest into businesses.I have an on-line business portfolio, incorporating Liberty Trading, otherwise known as the Ultimate Gift Company. In addition, we launched the exciting costume jewellery brand, Liberty Charms that designs, manufactures and retails excellent quality jewellery at extremely attractive prices.With my business partner, Martin Kaitcer we have ambitions to take cost reduction consultancy business MARPAT to the next level. Franchises are available in certain teritoriesThen we have the full service commercial printing business, The Print & Design Factory, this excellent business is going from strength to strength having just acquired another full service commerical printing business of 73 years standing, Ratcliff & Roper. We now operate from bases in Sheffield, Worksop and Nottingham. Our customer base is truely nationwide and growing.I have also kept my hand in advising others and am currently Chairman of Moda in Pelle and have an advisory role at RS Motorhomes and Ruby Prom.
